In Greek mythology, Mnemosyne was the goddess of memory and the mother of the 9 muses. I painted nine muses.
The interesting thing (about the title), comes from an ancient practice, an acrostic, which consists in positioning the names of these muses in a "good order".
This makes it easier to remember.
Furthermore, by positioning the first letter of each name in this way, we obtain « Tum Peccet » which in Latin means something like "Well, try to forget it now!"
